They are still being used every day by many protestants who believe that King James version of the Bible completed in 1611 by the Church of England is the best translation ever made. You may enjoy it here.

On one hand, Bible translations are good, for they usually defined some rules for the writing system of the respective language with use of the Latin alphabet.

On the other hand, they are also a bit tricky, because translators had to invent some untranslatable words - so-called "hapax legomenon", words that appear only once in the text and usually carry no meaning. The Czech words "otčenáš" or "vezdejší" stand for typical examples of this phenomenon.
